Riccardo Bonomi is a unique professional and I highly recommend his work. Since my early 20's I wanted and needed a breast reduction. First, my own doctor supported me but going as far as the NHS consultant led to being refused. Years later, I am 53 now, I survived on very strong pain relief my mental health became so bad that I self-harmed. That's when I met Riccardo Bonomi and my life changed from the first shake of his hand. This amazing and talented man listened to me and understood all my worries and concerns, reassured me gave me a reason to live. He talked me through the procedure in detail so I knew what to expect. On the day of my surgery, he met me to discuss the procedure and answer any questions. I was so scared as I walked into the theatre. Minutes later, I am being woken up to be told it was over. Riccardo Bonomi visited me regularly and between him and a very special nurse that he requested for me at the hospital, I had dressings renewed, regular contact and continuous support through my aftercare. In just 3 weeks of having my surgery, I am able to breathe, I can walk around without the horrible pain in my back and I have not had to take medication for any pain. This amazing and gifted man has given me the gift of living. If you are considering an operation on your breast, for whatever reason, look no further than this man.

I have very recently had surgery for a breast cancer..My surgeon was Mr Bonomi who dealt with me in the early stages of the diagnosis at Worthing Breast Clinic and through to the operation .My experience was the very best in all areas..So impressed with him and his team..He told me in detail what he was going to do and I trusted him completely..he took away a lot of my fear and the results were better than I could have hoped for..Felt so lucky to have him look after me nowand in the future..Thankyou Mr Bonomi and team..you are the best

I met Mr Bonomi when I went to Worthing Hospital as an NHS patient in the breast clinic. Due to having Anisomastia I have had several operations on my breasts. Although the NHS wouldn't fund my surgery Mr Bonomi continued to try and get me the surgery I needed without having to spend a lot of money. Unfortunately despite his efforts this didn't happen, so I chose to go private with Mr Bonomi as my surgeon. He really takes his time to get to known you and understand your feelings. He couldn't be any more understanding and supportive. I am truly grateful that I had him as my doctor that first day. I highly recommend Mr Bonomi, he is incredible.

I've seen Mr Bonomi for two sets of breast cancer treatment over a ten year period and he has always been unfailing kind and empathic and provided the highest standard of surgical treatment, and well as sharing details of test results and histology in a clear and easy to understand manner. I have now had a mastectomy with, so far, no complications and no pain. When I had cancer the second time, my first thought was to pick up the phone and place myself in the care of Mr Bonomi.

Mr Bonomi has great empathy towards his patient. I made an appointment to see him with a breast lump. He instantly picked up on the fact that I was very anxious and did his upmost to make me feel relaxed at a very frightening and stressful time. After having various tests He explained every aspect of my results and possible treatment in a way that can be understood by someone who is not medically trained. He is extremely patient and kind and you are not made to feel as though you are wasting his time with the many questions and concerns that I had. I would have no hesitation in recommending Mr Bonomi.
